Upon purchase of an online subscription, you can set up a 45-minute call where an expert will help guide you through the onboarding process. They’ll answer any questions you have, as well. You should do this within the first 30 days of service. However, the free onboarding call isn’t offered to customers who choose the 30-day free trial.
